Well, today is the first time I have blogged for any other reason than for a class, so here we go.
Life is interesting. I am in the midst of my job as high school librarian at Newell School, working at my photography business, being the church treasurer, taking college classes and being a wife, mom and grandmother. And I couldn't be happier. I don't have any "free" time but I still manage to do a lot of the things I love, squeezing them into the24 hours of a day somehow.
I recently returned from Canada where I got to hold my newborn grandson just minutes after he was born. I got home at midnight and went back to school the next day, wrangling 7 periods of study hall students and dealing with library issues. Then I spent last weekend painting, and painting and painting. Helping my daughter and son-in-law put their basement back together after some disastrous flooding last spring. And then I started four college classes which includes a wellness class where I have to find time to go to the local fitness center and work out 3X a week. But it's all good.
God blesses me in spite of myself every day. My cup runneth over.
Now, don't expect me to blog daily, or even weekly like my daughters. If a posting happens once a month we'll probably be good. But some people tell me this is theraputic and I'm all about feeling good, so . . .
